Job Description:
Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee
Location: Dadra
Experience: 0 - 1 Years
Industries: Packaging
Responsibilities:
- Production:
- Ensure execution of production as per Plan given.
- Ensure RM and PM as per Plan given,
- Participate in product / mould changeover.
- Ensure quality of product as per laid down norms.
- Ensure proper hygiene in process area.
- Ensure proper storage in process area as per laid down norms.
- Reduce the wastage .
- Achieve the targeted production efficiency.
- Record the activities in respective QMS format.
- Carry out function as per laid down SOP.
- Ensure and adhere to laid down safety norms.
- Quality:
- Ensure the product quality as per laid down norms.
- Periodic verification and record of product through gauges and measuring equipment.
- Ensure proper labeling on FG boxes and WIP materials and storage in designated area.
- Quarantine and recording of off specification material and storage in designated area.
- Execute the First Piece inspection prior to production run for every product / mould changeover.
- Ensure proper hygiene in process area
- Record the finding in respective QMS formats.
- Carry out the function based on SOP
- Maintenance:
- Utility equipment start up and shut down as per SOP
- Record the activities in respective QMS format.
- Carry out function as per laid down SOP.
- Ensure and adhere to laid down safety norms.
- Inform the seniors for any abnormality noticed.

Required Qualification:- Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical/Electrical/Plastic
Salary :- Upto 2.40 LPA
