Shift Incharge Incinerator
Position Purpose:
The primary objective of this position is to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the Environment Operations, which includes ETP, WWPT, Incinerators, Decontamination Facilities, and ESMP Storm water ponds.
Key Responsibilities: • Adhere to HSE key requirements applicable to Environment Operations. • Ensure optimum performance and output from the Environment operations by following standard operating procedures. • Monitor the performance of pollution control equipment to achieve desired performance. • Implement and maintain 5 S and other site HSE systems within the plant. • Communicate effectively with the Supervisor regarding plant abnormalities and take necessary field actions. • Support the implementation of management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 within the plant. • Encourage operators and colleagues to participate in various activities organized at the site level. • Maintain high morale among the work force through smooth coordination and close working with the team. • Provide timely feedback to operators and record comments in the growth management system. • Support cost-saving initiatives within the plant. • Complete specialized assignments given by seniors in a timely manner.
Working Relations: • Shift Incharge of Production Plants/Service Departments, including Energies/Industrialization/QC, Plant Engineer, Site Logistics, and Site Service.
Requirements: • B Sc/M Sc in Environment Science/Chemistry. • 4-5 years of experience in Waste Management Operations, including MEE/Incinerator and ETP, mainly in the chemical industry. • Sound knowledge of various Environmental practices, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. • Good analytical skills and system approach. • Good communication skills.
